Dr. Nisha Chaudhari was born and raised in Old Bridge, NJ, and has dedicated her career to helping patients achieve clear, comfortable vision. She earned her undergraduate degree from Pace University in New York City and her Doctor of Optometry from Salus University’s Pennsylvania College of Optometry, graduating with clinical distinctions in primary care and pediatrics. With over 14 years in the field, she specializes in myopia management, dry eye treatment, specialty contact lenses, and ocular disease management. Dr. Chaudhari is passionate about using cutting-edge treatments to improve her patients’ vision, confidence, and quality of life.
Beyond the office, she is committed to community outreach, having provided free eye care services to underserved communities in India and Haiti. She continues to offer free annual eye exams for uninsured patients as part of her dedication to accessible eye care. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her dog, Blu.
Dr. Chaudhari is an active member of the American Optometric Association and New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians. Dr. Chaudhari has a passion for pediatrics, the treatment of learning-related vision disorders and vision therapy. She is also trained and certified in myopia management, enjoys fitting contact lenses, and can treat and manage ocular conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, dry eye and diabetic retinopathy.
